4. Returns and Exchanges

At Emprovisa, we want you to love your purchase. We do not offer returns for refunds—only exchanges for the same product in a different size, subject to the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in identical condition to when delivered, including all original hang tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact.
• Process: Contact us at [insert contact email, e.g., hello@emprovisa.co] with your order number and details. If approved, you must pay for return shipping to us using a trackable method. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
• Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. If it meets our conditions, we will ship the exchanged size at no additional cost (standard shipping). If the size is unavailable, we may issue store credit for the item's value (excluding shipping).
• Exclusions: No exchanges for final sale items, customized products, or items showing wear/damage. Defective items may qualify for a free exchange or refund if reported within 7 days with proof (e.g., photos).
• International: Additional customs fees may apply, which are your responsibility.
